i'd be booted right out of the club!

so...if I were still a bachelor (which I have no desire to be), my behavior this weekend would've definately gotten me kicked right out of the club!

The house is clean, there's laundry going, my beer consumption was at a minimum...the only things that even remotely qualified as bachelorish:

1. my breakfast was not beer and potato chips, but a bacon, egg and cheese on a roll with salt, pepper, and ketchup, and sausage. Sausage is a condiment...
2. I watched at least 5 hours of the NFL Draft -- I don't care that I don't know who these players are, but they're going to end up in Madden 2004...which leads to...
3. I played a about the same amount of EA MVP 2003. I had to walk, in the rain, up hill both ways, to rent the game, because I didn't have a car, to go and buy the game.

the term "reading" should be taken lightly (more):
The Illuminatus Trilogy: The Eye in the Pyramid, the Golden Apple & Leviathan by Robert Shea, Robert Anton Wilson
Fast Food Nation by Eric Schlosser
currently "reading" for classes
I should probably be paying more attention to these:
The Education of Little Tree by Forrest Carter, Rennard Strickland
The Indian Heritage of America by Alvin M. Josephy
Two Old Women: An Alaska Legend of Betrayal, Courage and Survival by V. Wallis

I recently saw a clip on CNN that said, while informative, blogs are largely for entertainment purposes, and should not be regarded as news. You should probably disregard everything you read here...just to make sure you stay well-informed.
